Restaurant Rules. A copy of restaurant rules shall be given to employees at time of hire and at the start of each season. The Company will post on employee bulletin boards and have available for review by the Union a copy of the employee handbook, departmental rules and protocols. It is agreed between the parties that the Company handbook that is issued to employees will not supersede the contents of the Collective Agreement, the Employment Standards Act, the Human Rights Code or any other relevant employment law or regulation.
