Responsible Entity. TRIGID shall provide to City the name of the company or person responsible for operation and repair of its NPWSS. TRIGID shall notify Cities of any changes in responsibility. This company or person shall be knowledgeable in the operation of the NPWSS and the rules and regulations governing the proper use of treated effluent.
