RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT. The Explanatory Booklet must contain a responsibility statement to the effect that: (a) Vocus is responsible for the Vocus Information (other than any information provided by M2 to Vocus or obtained from M2 public filings on the ASX regarding the M2 Group contained in, or used in the preparation of, the information regarding the merged Vocus- M2 entity following implementation of the Scheme) contained in the Explanatory Booklet; and (b) M2 is responsible for the M2 Information contained in the Explanatory Booklet and is also responsible for the information contained in the Explanatory Booklet provided by M2 to Vocus or obtained from M2 public filings on the ASX regarding the M2 Group contained in, or used in the preparation of, the information regarding the merged Vocus-M2 entity following implementation of the Scheme.
