Responsibility of District. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, District shall provide the following maintenance to the Leased Premises: 1) Repair and patch roof, as necessary. Clean and clear gutters as necessary. 2) Provide structural maintenance and/or structural repair to the Leased Premises, including exterior walls, roof and foundation. 3) Maintain, repair and perform preventative maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment and filters. 4) Maintain, repair, and perform all ordinary preventative maintenance of electrical (including relamping and ballast replacement) and all subsurface plumbing systems. 5) Maintain, repair and replace exterior doors and windows as needed. 6) Maintain, repair and replace the parking lot surfaces as needed.
Responsibility of District. As and for its support of the Program, the District will: a. Provide extended day programming for the Program at Eastwood and ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Elementary Schools; b. Reimburse the YMCA, up to amount not exceeding $90,000 per school year, for its expense for teachers and supplies for the Program; c. Entering attendance data into CitySpan on a daily basis; d. Provide the following: i. Communication on 21CCLC STEM projects in the school setting and after school program; ii. Communication on social and emotional learning instruction for consistency and carrying out learning connected across settings.
Responsibility of District. The District agrees that its officers and employees will cooperate with Supplier in the performance of services under this Agreement and will be available for consultation with Supplier at such reasonable times with advance notice as to not conflict with its other responsibilities. a. The services performed by Supplier under this Agreement shall be subject to review for compliance with the terms of this Agreement by the District's representative, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, telephone number (702) 799-5225 ext. 5736 or designee. District's representative may delegate any or all responsibilities under this Agreement to appropriate staff members, and shall so inform Supplier by written notice before the effective date of each such delegation.
Responsibility of District. It is the responsibility, obligation and right of the BOCES through its administrators to evaluate unit members to assure that appropriate standards are maintained. Those classroom teachers covered under Education Law 3012(d) will be evaluated under the provisions of the APPR Plan, in lieu of the following Articles: 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 11.5 and 11.6.
