Responsibility / Liability. 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or in any way limit the Organisers liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence or any liability that may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. 13.2 Subject to clause 13.1: 13.2.1 the Organisers shall under no circumstances whatever be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with this Agreement; 13.2.2 the Organisers shall under no circumstances whatever be liable for any loss or injury incurred by or due to any Participant 13.2.3 the Organisers shall under no circumstances whatever be liable for any losses, including reimbursement of travel expenses incurred, in the event that a Participant's travel to the Summer School is disrupted or cancelled. Similarly, the Organisers will not take on the responsibility of re-arranging travel in the event of such disruption or cancellation; and 13.2.4 the Summer School’s total liability in respect of all other losses arising under, or in connection with, the Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the Fees payable by the Participant under the Agreement.
