Common use of Responsibility for Work Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Work. The Contractor shall be held responsible for any or all materials or work to the full amount of all payments made thereon, and shall be required to make good, at his/her own cost, any injury or damage which said materials or work may have sustained from any source or cause whatever before its final acceptance.
