Common use of Responsibility for Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Subcontractors. (a) Vendor remains fully responsible for obligations, services, and functions performed by its Subcontractors to the same extent as if such obligations, services, and func- tions were performed by Vendor’s employees or agents and for purposes of this CTSA such work will be deemed work performed by Vendor. DIR may request in writing and the Parties will mutually determine a replacement of any Subcontractor found to be unacceptable in accordance with Section 4.04.
