Responsibility for Reporting/Performance Clause Samples
The Responsibility for Reporting/Performance clause assigns the duty to provide regular updates or reports on progress, results, or compliance to a specific party under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what information must be reported, the frequency of reporting, and the format or method of delivery, such as monthly status updates or performance metrics submissions. Its core function is to ensure transparency and accountability, enabling the other party to monitor performance and address issues proactively.
Responsibility for Reporting/Performance. Contractor shall be fully liable for Reseller(s)’ performance and compliance with all Contract terms and conditions. Product purchased through Reseller(s) must be reported by Contractor in the required monthly reports to the State as a condition of payment. In addition to inclusion of Reseller(s) volume in the Contractor’s monthly reporting obligation to the State, at the request of Authorized User, Reseller(s) shall provide Authorized User with quarterly reports of the individual Authorized User’s Contract activity with Reseller.

In addition to inclusion of Reseller(s) volume in the Contractor’s semi-annual reporting obligation to the State, at the request of Authorized User, Reseller(s) shall provide Authorized User with semi-annual reports of the individual Authorized User’s Contract activity with Reseller.
