Common use of Responsibility for Related Parties Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Related Parties. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall be responsible to the Authority for the acts and omissions of the Concessionaire Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Concessionaire and the Authority shall be responsible to the Concessionaire for the acts and omissions of the Authority Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Authority. The Concessionaire shall, as between itself and the Authority, be responsible for the selection of and pricing by all the Concessionaire Related Parties.
