Responsibility for Related Parties. 31.4.1 The College will be responsible as against the Department for the acts or omissions of the College Related Parties as if they were the acts or omissions of the College and the Department will be responsible as against the College for the acts or omissions of Department Related Parties as if they were the acts or omissions of the Department.
