Common use of Responsibility for Overdraft Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Overdraft. If an overdraft in your account(s) is created through your use of “electronic fund transfers” as described in Subsection E, or because of fees and charges relating to those “electronic fund transfers,” the overdraft amount and a non-sufficient funds or overdraft fee is due and payable the moment you get it, unless you are notified otherwise by the Credit Union. You also authorize us, in such a case, to apply from any other shares or deposits you may have in the Credit Union such amount as may be necessary to pay such overdraft amount and fee.
