Common use of Responsibility for Imaging Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Imaging. You are solely responsible for im- aging deposit items, accessing the service from the Credit Union and for maintaining your imaging equipment. You will be respon- sible for the payment of all telecommunications expenses associ- ated with the service. Credit Union shall not be responsible for providing or servicing any Equipment for you.
