Common use of Responsibility for Gas Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Gas. Upon receipt of gas at the Receipt Point, Transporter shall be in exclusive control and possession of such gas and responsible for any loss thereof, and for any injury or damage caused thereby, until the equivalent quantity of gas has been delivered to, for the account of, Shipper at the Delivery Point, after which Xxxxxxx shall be in exclusive control and possession of such gas and responsible for any loss thereof, and for any injury or damage caused thereby.

Responsibility for Gas. Upon receipt of gas at the Receipt Point, Transporter shall be in exclusive control and possession of such gas and responsible for any loss thereof, and for any injury or damage caused thereby, until the equivalent quantity of gas has been delivered to, for the account of, Shipper at the Delivery Point, after which Xxxxxxx Shipper shall be in exclusive control and possession of such gas and responsible for any loss thereof, and for any injury or damage caused thereby.
