Responsibilities of Controllers. a. Save in so far as this Agreement places a duty on one or both of the parties to carry out an obligation of a controller or joint controller under the GDPR, each Party shall, in its capacity of controller, be responsible for fulfilling the obligations placed on controllers by the GDPR in respect of the data provided to and received from the other Party.
