You may be liable to pay to the extent you have contributed to the blockage. If the blockage occurs in your sewerage system, you are responsible for arranging the blockage to be cleared by a licensed plumber or drainer.

Criminal history and drug screening checks will be completed at the sole expense of the contractor.
