Response Requirement Clause Samples
A Response Requirement clause obligates one party to reply to communications, requests, or notices from the other party within a specified timeframe. Typically, this clause outlines the method of communication, the deadline for response (such as within five business days), and the consequences of failing to respond, which may include automatic approval or escalation of the issue. Its core practical function is to ensure timely and predictable interactions between parties, reducing delays and misunderstandings in the execution of the agreement.
