Respective Liabilities. of the Depositor and the Master ------------------------------------------------------ Servicer. -------- The Depositor and the Master Servicer shall each be liable in accordance with this Agreement only to the extent of the obligations specifically and respectively imposed upon and undertaken by them in this Agreement.
