Resource Replacement. 8.1.1. If at any time after the date of this Agreement but before its termination, the Resource is, at the reasonable determination of the Client, guilty of gross misconduct, the Client may request a replacement of the Resource by providing written notice to the Principal.
8.1.2. The Principal will use all reasonable endeavours to replace the Resource within 24 hours.
8.1.3. The Client must pay for all services rendered by the Resource up to date of request for a replacement.
