Common use of Resource Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Resource Cooperation. ‌ Each party will: (a) provide sufficient Personnel as are necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement and ensure that its Personnel have the requisite skills and experience; (b) provide the other party with information and assistance reasonably necessary to enable that party to comply with this Agreement; and (c) promptly do all things (including executing all documents) reasonably necessary to give full effect to this Agreement.
