Resource Commitments. In conducting its activities under the Discovery Research Program, each Party agrees to use scientific, technical and other personnel who are sufficiently qualified and have the requisite skills to perform the research activities assigned to them. The Parties agree that NovaCal shall be primarily responsible for the activities under the Discovery Research Program.
