Common use of Resource Adequacy Benefits Clause in Contracts

Resource Adequacy Benefits. Seller grants, pledges, assigns, and otherwise commits to Buyer the Qualifying Capacity for each PDR specified in the Supply Plan and all Resource Adequacy Benefits of the Product as associated with the DRAM Resource to enable Buyer to meet its RAR, Local RAR and/or Flexible RAR, as applicable. The Parties shall take all commercially reasonable actions, and execute all documents or instruments necessary, to effect the use of the Product for ▇▇▇▇▇’s sole benefit.
