Resolving Disagreements Regarding Findings of Effects. When disagreements that may arise within the review periods established under the terms of Stipulation X, CSO shall consult with the SHPO for no more than 30-calendar days to resolve the disagreement. For state-owned historical resources on the Master List, if at any time during this consultation period, the SHPO determines that the disagreement cannot be resolved through such consultation, the SHPO, pursuant to PRC 5024.5(d) shall request the Office of Planning and Research to mediate the disagreement.

  • Changes in Contractor Representation The Contractor must notify the Lead State of changes in the Contractor’s key administrative personnel managing the Master Agreement in writing within 10 calendar days of the change. The Lead State reserves the right to approve changes in key personnel, as identified in the Contractor’s proposal. The Contractor agrees to propose replacement key personnel having substantially equal or better education, training, and experience as was possessed by the key person proposed and evaluated in the Contractor’s proposal.
