Resolution Time Deficiency Clause Samples

Resolution Time Deficiency. Any Deficiency not rectified within the prescribed Resolution Time will be classified as causing Unscheduled Downtime for Severity Level 1 and Exceeded Resolution Time for Severity Levels 2 through 6. Respective times will accrue as follows: Severity Level 1 (Catastrophic) Immediately Severity Level 3 (Significant) After 2 Days Severity Level 4 (Moderate) After 14 Days Unscheduled Downtime and Exceeded Resolution Time will entitle the County to assess Service Credits as provided in Paragraph 7.2 below.
