Resignation Without Good Reason or Expiration. In the event of Executive's resignation (other than a Resignation for Good Reason), or upon Expiration, the Bank and Bancorp shall have no further obligations to Executive under this Agreement or otherwise, except as may be expressly required by law. In addition, Executive will also be entitled to collect any vested retirement benefits pursuant to the terms of the plan and accrued vacation benefits.
