Common use of Resignation on Termination Clause in Contracts

Resignation on Termination. The Executive agrees that upon any termination of his employment with the Corporation he shall immediately tender his resignation from any position he may hold as an officer or director of the Corporation or any of its Affiliates. In the event of the Executive failing within three days to comply with his obligation hereunder, he hereby irrevocably authorizes and appoints any other director or officer of the Corporation as his agent and attorney to sign in his name and on his behalf any written resignations or other documents and do all other things necessary to give effect to such resignation.

Resignation on Termination. In the event of that the Executive failing within three days fails to comply with his this obligation hereunderwithin three (3) days of the Executive’s termination or resignation, he the Executive hereby irrevocably authorizes and appoints any other director or officer of the Corporation as his agent and attorney Company to sign appoint a person in his the Executive’s name and on his the Executive’s behalf to sign or execute any written resignations or other documents and and/or do all other things necessary or requisite to give effect to such resignation.
