Common use of RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORSHIP Clause in Contracts

RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORSHIP. At the same time as executing this Agreement the Executive will resign with immediate effect from his directorship of the Company and from all directorships and offices held with other Group Companies (and all related trusteeships) by signing and delivering the attached letters of resignation.
