Resignation of a Borrower. (a) With the prior consent of all the Lenders (such consent to be provided if the Borrower is the subject of a disposal that is permitted under clause 26.13 (Disposals)), the Company may request that such Borrower ceases to be a Borrower by delivering to the Agent a Resignation Letter.
