Residual Funds. If any monies remain in the Qualified Settlement Fund more than one hundred twenty (120) days after the distribution of Settlement Payments, a subsequent payment will be distributed to a Non-Profit Residual Recipient to be proposed by Class Counsel and agreed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, and subject to court approval.
