Residential Unit. Residential Unit" shall mean any individual dwelling unit used for or designated as a single-family residential as either (i) a Single-Family Unit or (ii) a single unit in a Multi-Family Unit. Residential Units shall include all units in residential dwellings up to three (3) units per location.
