Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that Purchaser does not rely, and is not relying, on any statement or representation of KIRE as to any of the matters that are the subject of the Disclosure Statement or related thereto. Seller agrees and acknowledges that if Seller discovers a material inaccuracy in the Disclosure Statement, the law obligates Seller to promptly correct the Disclosure Statement so that it is accurate and to deliver the revised Disclosure Statement to Purchaser immediately. Purchaser understands that in addition to the information provided by the Disclosure Statement, Purchaser also has the right to inspect the Property and that Purchaser assumes the risk as to all physical conditions of the Property which is being sold “AS IS” and accepted by Purchaser “AS IS” as set forth in Paragraph 10.
