- Resident Trainee Work Programs. The Employer may employ trainees who, at the time of hiring, are residents in Employer’s low-income housing programs. A trainee will not lose their job because they stop being a resident in Employer’s low-income housing programs. Trainee/residents employed by the Employer shall not be covered by any provisions of this Agreement, and shall be paid according to the applicable policies of the Employer, except for the Property Management Associate Trainee (PMAT). The Employer agrees that trainees shall not be hired for the purpose of displacing regular full-time employees or avoiding filling regular full-time or regular part-time positions.
