Resident Roll. The Resident roll attached hereto as Schedule 13(s) is a complete and accurate schedule of all the Residents as of the date of this Agreement, including the name of each Resident and the payor source, if any, for such Resident. No Seller has accepted from any Resident any payment for periods in excess of thirty (30) days in advance of the due date of such payment.
