RESIDENT INFORMATION. (a) The Employer shall provide employees with the information known to the Employer, regarding a resident that is necessary for the employees to safely carry out their duties. (b) Any information about residents of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ House which is learned by an employee during the course of employment must, as a condition of continued employment, be treated as strictly confidential and each employee is expected to respect this confidentiality and take all reasonable precautions to safeguard it. Failure to maintain the confidentiality of resident information may result in disciplinary action.
