RESHOOTS. (a) The Photographer will charge one hundred percent (100%) fee and expenses for any reshoot required by the Client. (b) For any reshoot required by an act of God or the fault of a third party, the Photographer will charge no additional fee and the Client shall pay all expenses. (c) If the Photographer charges for special contingency insurance, and is paid in full for the shoot, the Client shall not be charged for any expenses covered by the insurance. A List of Exclusions form for such insurance will be provided upon request.
RESHOOTS. If required by DSHS after review cycles or focus group testing, the contractor shall provide and organize additional shoots to correct or supplement content to align with the video treatment.
RESHOOTS. If the Deliverables are unusable by reason of technical defect prior to delivery to Client, Artist and Producer will perform appropriate services for a reshoot of the Deliverables (a “Reshoot”) without additional fees, subject to reasonable availability and the Client paying all Costs and all expenses in connection with the Reshoot (including, without limitation, crew and talent fees). If Reshoots are requested for any other reason, Client will pay 100% of the Total Fees and Costs plus all fees and costs in connection with such Reshoot.
RESHOOTS. 17.1 The client is responsible for sending an authorised representative to the shoot. If no representative is present, Client must accept ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Photography’s judgment as to the creation of the media content. 17.2 If Client requires a reshoot, Client will pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Photography an additional fee of 100% of the cost stated in the quote or invoice for the original shoot, plus all expenses for the reshoot. 17.3 If a reshoot is required due to factors beyond the control of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Photography, including but not limited to, weather conditions, acts of God, or the fault of a third party, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Photography will not charge an additional fee and Client agrees to pay all expenses for the reshoot.

If the video(s) become lost or unusable by reason of defects, damage, equipment malfunction, processing, or any other technical error, prior to delivery of the video(s) to Client, Videographer will perform appropriate Service(s) again without additional fees, provided Client advances and pays all Charges, and pays all Fees and Charges in connection with the initial Services.
RESHOOTS. Client shall pay 100% of Licensor’s fees and charges for any reshooting or redoing of Services requested by Client. If the Image(s) become lost or unusable by reason of defects, damage, equipment malfunction, processing, or any other technical error, prior to delivery of the Image(s) to Client, Licensor will perform appropriate Service(s) again without additional fees, provided Client advances and pays all charges, and pays all fees and charges in connection with the initial Services.
RESHOOTS. In the unlikely event that Client is completely dissatisfied with the final results based solely on personal preference, Photographer will reshoot at no charge provided the original session fee was paid in full and the session was not complimentary. Client is then able to order prints from the second portrait session only. In the unlikely event that the finished product from a portrait session is unusable due to technical problems (camera failure or exposure problems), Photographer will reshoot at no additional charge.

  • Troubleshooting USER AGENCY agrees that its employees will contact the USER AGENCY Information Technology (IT) Department or representatives before contacting SYSTEM PROVIDER regarding issues related to this Agreement. USER AGENCY agrees that if its IT Department determines there is a problem related to connectivity with SYSTEM PROVIDER, the USER AGENCY will contact SYSTEM PROVIDER's IT Help Desk at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ and will send an email to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. After business hours, USER AGENCY may contact the SYSTEM PROVIDER Police Command and Control Center at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ for assistance. SYSTEM PROVIDER agrees to make reasonable efforts to identify and remediate any problem as quickly as possible; however, SYSTEM PROVIDER does not guarantee any specific uptime, nor is SYSTEM PROVIDER liable for any damages associated with performance under this Agreement, including but in no way limited to any downtime.

  • Industry Troubleshooter Where a difference arises between the parties relating to the dismissal, discipline, or suspension of an employee, or to the interpretation, application, operation, or alleged violation of this Agreement, including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable, during the term of the Collective Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or a substitute agreed to by the parties, shall at the request of either party:

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case. 2. Nothing in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall affect the fulfilment of wider obligations with respect to the arbitration of unresolved issues arising in the context of a mutual agreement procedure resulting from other conventions to which the Contracting States are or will become parties.”.

  • Year 2000 Compatibility Take all actions necessary to assure the Borrower's computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Lender, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have Year 2000 compatibility.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.
