Reshoot Policy Sample Clauses
A Reshoot Policy clause defines the conditions and procedures under which a project, such as a photo or video shoot, may be redone or repeated. Typically, it outlines the circumstances that justify a reshoot, such as technical errors, client dissatisfaction, or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications, and may specify who bears the costs and how scheduling is handled. This clause ensures that both parties understand their rights and responsibilities regarding reshoots, thereby minimizing disputes and clarifying expectations if the initial deliverables are unsatisfactory.
