Reserved Shareholders matters. The Company shall not, and shall procure that its Subsidiaries shall not, take any action or decision to proceed with any of the matters in relation to each of the Group Companies which in accordance with the Articles of Association require the approval of the General Meeting (which is as the date of this Agreement specified in articles [16.7 and 16.8] of the Articles of Association).
