Common use of Reserved Authority Clause in Contracts

Reserved Authority. The Township reserves the regulatory authority arising from the Cable Act and any other applicable federal or state laws or regulations. Nothing in this Agreement shall remove, restrict or reduce the Township’s authority, rights and privileges it now holds, or which hereafter may be conferred upon it, including any right to exercise its police powers in the regulation and control of the use of the Public Rights-of-Way.
