Common use of Reserve Utilization Clause in Contracts

Reserves and other Sheriff's auxiliary personnel may be used to perform Sheriff's Office related tasks and auxiliary functions as determined by the Sheriff, including but not limited to providing law enforcement services at public events and providing law enforcement and corrections related services not restricted by this Article.
