Reserve Certification. The Administrator shall provide the Company annually no later than January 31st of each year a certification of its appointed actuary certifying that the Reserves of the Company with respect to the Administered Business are calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of Section 2.05 of the Reinsurance Agreement.
