Reserve Block Clause Samples

A Reserve Block clause establishes a designated portion of resources, funds, or capacity that is set aside for a specific purpose within a contract. In practice, this clause may require a party to maintain a certain amount of inventory, financial reserves, or production capability exclusively for fulfilling obligations under the agreement. By clearly defining and reserving these resources, the clause ensures that the necessary means are available to meet contractual commitments, thereby reducing the risk of non-performance and providing assurance to the parties involved.
