Common use of RESERVATION LETTER Clause in Contracts

RESERVATION LETTER. Upon execution of this Agreement and the receipt of the Deposit, Seller will convey a letter to Buyer indicating that the Credits have been reserved by Buyer (“Reservation Letter”). Seller will convey a Reservation Letter for 3.93 State Non-Forested Wetland Credits to Buyer within 3 business days upon receipt of Deposit.
