Reservation as to Non-Parties. Nothing herein is intended to limit or otherwise waive any recourse Buyer or Seller may have against any Person not a Party to this Agreement for any obligations or liabilities that may be incurred with respect to the Assets. For purposes of this Section 14.7 only, EXXI Parent and CorEnergy shall be deemed to be Parties to this Agreement.
