Common use of Research Work Clause in Contracts

Research Work. 2.1 Leicester will start to perform the Project promptly after the commencement date of the Contract Period and will use its reasonable endeavours to perform the Project substantially in accordance with Annex 1. The Sponsor acknowledges that the Project is research based and experimental in nature and as such, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
