Research Work. University shall commence the performance of Project on the first day of Period of Performance and shall use reasonable best efforts to perform Project substantially in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the research plan established by the Principal Investigator. Sponsor and University have discussed and will agree on the research plan for the Project but the performance of the Project will be controlled by University. University shall furnish facilities (including laboratory space and equipment) necessary to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.
