Right to Copy. The teacher will have the right to a copy of any of the contents of their file.
Right to Copy. With respect to Standalone Software licensed under Section 2.1(a) only, Company shall have the right to reproduce, without additional cost, a commercially reasonable number of copies of the Standalone Software (in an unmodified form) and its Documentation that is licensed to Company only for backup/failover, archive, and/or training purposes, provided that Company reproduces on or in such copies any and all of the copyright, trademark, patent, and other proprietary notices or markings that appear on the original copy of the Standalone Software (and Documentation). No copy of Standalone Software will be utilized for production purposes (other than backup/failover testing or archive retrieval) except for such time as the production copy of such Standalone Software is not being utilized for production use.
Right to Copy. The employee will have the right to reproduce any of the contents of their files.
Right to Copy. After the review and upon the employee’s request, the School District will provide the employee with a copy of the requested record. The School District may not charge a fee for the copy.
Right to Copy. You may copy the Software for backup and archival purposes, provided that the original and each copy are kept in your possession.
Right to Copy. The Kidstop Instructor will have the right to a copy of any of the contents of his/her file.
Right to Copy. The employee will have the right to obtain a copy of any of the contents of their personnel file at no cost to the employee. With respect to employees who are separated from employment, upon the employee’s written request, the School District will provide a copy of the personnel file to the employee at no cost to the employee. Providing a copy of the separated employee’s personnel file to the employee satisfies the School District’s responsibility to allow review as stated in Subd. 1 of this Section.
Right to Copy. Southwest may make copies of the Documentation for purposes of using or maintaining the System Units; provided, that all such Documentation is subject to the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement.
Right to Copy. Licensee shall have the unrestricted right to modify and copy the Software, subject to Section 4 ( C ) above.
Right to Copy. Upon execution of this Agreement, Company agrees to promptly provide Motorola two (2) copies of the Object Code form of the Software. In lieu of ordering Software from the Company, Company agrees that Motorola may copy the Software, in object code form, solely for the purpose of sublicensing the Software to Customers for use in Products supplied by the Company hereunder. Motorola agrees to provide Company, on a quarterly basis, a certificate verifying the number of copies made and sublicensed.
