Research Report. The University, in cooperation with the Research Partner, shall, within 30 days following the next date of the Completion of the Joint Research Project, compile the Research Results of the research activities conducted hereunder during the Project Term into a written report (hereinafter referred to as the “Research Report”). “The Completion of the Joint Research Project” shall be deemed on the final day of the Project Term as specified under Article 5, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties. The University shall report the Research Results to the Research Partner.
