Common use of Research Report Clause in Contracts

Research Report. 5.1 University shall generally keep Company reasonably informed, orally or in writing, of the progress or results of the work performed in connection with the Research Project. 5.2 University shall prepare and submit to Company a final written report of the Research Project within [sixty] calendar days after the Completion Date or at such other time as mutually agreed between the Parties.
