A Servicing Bank shall promptly return to the Company each such amount (or any lesser amount) that is received from each Bank. A Servicing Bank shall have no obligation to the Company for any amount that the Servicing Bank paid to any Bank and that is not repaid by such Bank, provided that the Servicing Bank did in fact provide such Bank with the notice described above to the effect that such payment was rescinded or must be returned.
