Common use of Rescheduling Clause in Contracts

Rescheduling. ‌ Nothing in this Agreement or Article 11 shall prohibit Management’s ability to schedule or reschedule an employee’s work in order to operate within the confines of budgetary constraints. To the extent possible, however, Management will reschedule additional time off to extend the employee’s normal weekend. Except in cases of emergency, Management will also give at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of the schedule change for purposes of this paragraph.
