Common use of Reregistration Clause in Contracts

Reregistration. At any time after the close of the calendar year in which occurs the seventh anniversary of the Closing Date, Lessor shall, at the request and sole expense of Lessee, cooperate with Lessee and take all actions requested by Lessee to change the country of registration of the Aircraft in compliance with and subject to all of the terms of Section 9(e) of the Participation Agreement.

At any time after the close of the calendar year in which occurs the seventh anniversary of the Closing Delivery Date, Lessor shall, at the request and sole expense of Lessee, cooperate with Lessee and take all actions requested by Lessee required to change the country of registration of the Aircraft in upon compliance by Lessee with and subject to all of the terms of Section 9(e8(e) of the Participation AgreementAgreement and Section 7.02 of the Trust Indenture." (c) The lead-in paragraph of Section 7(b) of the Lease is hereby amended to be and read in its entirety as follows:
